Let Me Upgrade Ya

I wonder if anyone even reads this anymore lol.. I know I've turned my back on this blog. I'm sorry if theres actually anyone who comes to check if I'm going to post anything new. (Highly doubt it though) Anyways.. this may be my last post.. only because I may be coming out with a new entire blog with a better layout and concept. I'll be sure to keep yu posted on the change. A lot of things have happened lately and I strongly believe it is for the better.

I've been enjoying life a little more lately and I'm not sure what it is that caused it but I'm thankful for it. I also have quit a lot of habits such as blazing, gambling, speeding, overpartying.. etc. I'm growing up I guess yu could say. Changed my style to a more refined gentleman and trying to become more well spoken. Networking has been a big priority for me lately and I'm still working on it. I'll also be working two jobs shortly so just going to grind and get this paper. Also possibly launching my own clothing line next year so stay tuned for that! Got a lot of things on my plate and I don't plan on slowing down for anything.

Anyways, since I'll be launching a new site soon, I won't write too much. This may be the last post until the big upgrade. So stay tuned folks! Keep earning your rewards and enjoy life as always.

Somethings Can't Be Helped

I did what I thought would be for the best. Yu may hate me now but at least yu'll choose to forget me. There's nothing I can do at this time for us. I rather yu move on and be happy then think what if and be sad. Maybe one day things will work out the way I would hope but for now.. I guess it's best to say goodbye.

Be The Miracle

This is a conversation I seen in a movie but really spoke to me because I feel that it's extremely relevant within a lot of peoples lives.

GOD: it's a wonderful thing, no matter how filthy something gets.. yu can always clean it right up. (after mopping the floors)

SUBSTITUE GOD: there were so many.. i just gave them all what they wanted. (regarding prayers)

GOD: yeah.. but since when did anyone have a clue about what they wanted?

SUBSTITUE GOD: so what do i do?

GOD: parting a soup isn't a miracle.. it's a magic trick.
a single mom who's working two jobs and still finds time to take her kid to soccer practice.. now thats a miracle.
a teenager who says no to drugs and yes to an education. that's a miracle.

people want me to do everything for them, but what they don't realize is.. they have the power.

yu wanna see a miracle son? be the miracle.

It's All About Timing

One more post for July.. Time is flying and it seems to only go faster and faster everyday. Sometimes I wonder how I even got this far and to only think how much further I have to go and how little time there is. It's said that time is the only thing money cannot buy yu and I am not here to argue that. What I can say is that yu can use time to make money though. Obviouslyyy lol. Did you ever think.. yu knew yu were going to be where yu are today 5-10 years ago? Become the person that yu are or come this far or this little? Do yu ever just sit down and think about all the time yu've possibly wasted and regret certain moments where yu could have done better?

I'm sure all of us has certain times where we've wasted away on useless things and only wished that we could have used it more wisely. On the other hand, it has shaped us into the person we are today. But are yu satisfied where yu are today? Could yu have possibly been better? Are yu truly happy if your living a mediocre life with a mediocre job? Have yu already decided to settle for less? Why? I hear people always talking about what car theyre going to get or what type of house they're going to live in but based on where they are today.. I don't see how they are even going to get there anytime soon. If you say yu want this car which costs over $50,000. But yu work and make only $30000 a year, and live paycheque to paycheque. When are yu going to get this car? 10 years from now?

If life is short and yu can die at any given moment.. Why use that as an excuse not to try harder? To use your time more productively and constantly push yourself to do better with all this spare time. If yu want to have all these nice things.. wouldn't yu want it now? Or at the very least sometime in the very near future? How can yu tell people and yourself that yu want all these nice things in life and experience different adventures if all yu do is spend more then yu make and use your spare time doing nothing beneficial to your future? I know a lot of people are going to say things like yu should just live for the moment and enjoy it because life isn't about becoming rich or whatever. This is where the separation lies between your average joe and someone successful. A person who has become successful, would never say such things and has worked hard their whole life to get where they are. I do understand we must live for the moment and money can't buy love, time, etc.. but lets face facts. EVERYTHING ELSE in life cost money. If yu want to eat to survive, yu need money. If yu want to raise a family, yu need money. If yu want to have a home, yu need money. If yu want to give something yu know will put a smile on someone yu care about's face, yu need money.

If yu choose to make only enough to do what it takes to survive, I am sure your not doing a career yu love and yu will deal with a lot of stress to obtain those things and only drain yourself even more by obtaining things of which yu desire and want. Yu don't have to make millions in order to be happy. Yu need to be able to at least find a career which provides slightly more then enough income and happiness for yu. A career which yu love to do and are passionate about. Problem is.. how do we obtain this career. And that's why I say time is your answer. Use your time efficiently to set yu down the path which will lead yu to what yu want to do for the majority of your life. It may be researching and googling things online about a certain field your interested in. It may be getting in contact with people who are in that field and learning from them. Getting jobs that are related to that field so yu can gain enough knowledge and experience to get yu closer to your career of choice.

Why continue to live and stress every morning about going to work at some dead end job which yu hate doing. Some people have bills to pay and I can understand why yu are still doing what your doing. But that doesn't mean yu have to remain there forever. Keep moving forward. Use your time and money wisely. Start applying for jobs yu like with same or more pay. Save, invest and do it now. If yu start now, 5 years from now your money will have at least tripled and yu have something to work with. It's like if yu started investing money at the age of 18 with $1000. By the time yu hit 25, yu will have ten times what yu started with and now your future is more secure and yu already have an advantage over someone who is like 30 and still trying to make ends meat. When yu start while your young, if anything happens, yu can try again and start over. If your 30 and up and have a family, if something happens, your fcuked. It's not going to be easy to just pick yourself up again and start over when yu have mouths to feed and have no choice but to only take what yu can asap. If yu start planning, taking chances, taking risks and working towards your future at a young age, what's going to stop yu from obtaining your goals?

Use your time that yu have off to progress. Life isn't an event. Its about progress. Keep moving forward and improving. Don't waste time because time is always ticking. Time is money. If yu want money.. then put in the time to get it. Don't wake up one day and say.. Man WTF am I doing.. I am in the exact same place I was 5 years ago. Any older person or financial adviser will tell yu that if yu work hard and save at a young age, success awaits yu. If yu wait too long, someone else will have taken your opportunity and yu will be left with only the leftovers. Which side of the fence will yu be on?

If yu don't save $5000 this year.. how will yu ever get to $20000? If yu don't save $20000.. how will yu ever get to $100000? If yu dont workout starting this summer.. How can yu be fit for next summer? If yu dont finish school this year.. How will yu graduate next year? If yu don't graduate this year.. how will yu obtain that career yu want next year? If yu don't obtain that career this year.. how will yu ever live the life yu wanted from the start?

If yu don't start now.. when will yu ever start?
Your actions today.. will shape your tomorrow.

Blood Is Thicker Then Water

I been getting requests to start blogging more often and I just want to say that I am very thankful and appreciative that people actually care to read my posts. Thank you so much because it means a lot to me that someone actually takes in the things I've learned over the years and tell me that they are really inspiring or interesting to read. I been really busy with work and becoming more proactive with my career and goals that I haven't made much time to sit down and blog more. I really do like blogging and I don't write these things because I feel that I'm wise or better then people but I do it because it allows me to expose things that I've learned and try to help people who have grown up in a similar lifestyle as me and don't have the luxuries of someone to provide proper advice and guidance to push them down the right direction.

This post isn't a very knowledgeable post but I hope it will give anyone who doesn't already know this more insight on something that is also important. Family.. A lot of us I'm sure have grown up in a dysfunctional family like mines or with a lot of family problems and conflicts. I notice that a lot of my friends don't appreciate their family or give them the proper attention they deserve. Don't get me wrong, I tend to forget as well and do the same a lot of times. I've changed more and more everyday as I started to realize that my parents, my siblings are the most important thing in the world even if we don't always get along. Now obviously everyone's family is different and this can't apply to everyone because some may be worse and some maybe better then the average family.

However this does apply to most families out there...
Who is there for you when you are in need of help? Who gives you money when you are in need of it? Who comes to bail you out no matter what your location is? Who gives you a place to live when you have nowhere else to go? Who feeds you when you are hungry and have no food? Who comes to save you no matter the situation?

If you have friends that can do that for you.. you should treat them like family because family are usually the only ones, no matter what.. even after an argument or conflict.. will always come to your aid. The worse part is we never treat our family as good as we treat people who would never even do those things for us. We take our family for granted and mostly... our parents. I notice a lot of us and even myself at times take our parents for granted.

Its true that our parents constantly nag and bitch at us over things and it annoys that crap out of us but at the end of the day when you really think about it.. it's only for the best.. They just want to see us become successful and good. Is it not true that it said "You will never know what true love is until you have kids". If so then why do we not feel the same love towards our parents?

I always see children talking to their parents with such negative attitude and always just trying to push them away all the time... so much that it becomes a habit that we never want our parents around or even speak to us... Did you ever stop to think how much it would hurt you if your children showed negativity towards you and replied in such a negative tone every time you ask a question or even want to talk to them?

I can assure that most parents don't have much friends, and they spend most of their days either working, cooking, cleaning and taking care of their children. They don't have the luxuries like us to go out and party and enjoy life anymore because of their responsibilities. They give us the freedom to enjoy life as much as we can because they really can't do much anymore. It makes them happy to see their children succeed and be happy in life. And yet we can't even just take a few minutes out of our day to sit down and talk to them and try to see how their day is going or even do anything to make them smile?

Try going home today and speaking to your parents in a positive tone... ask them how their day was... tell them that your so thankful for all the things they've done for you and that you love them more then anything in the world.. Take them out to a movie or a simple dinner.. See how much joy you could bring to their life with something so simple as spending time with them.. Because they deserve it and they would love to enjoy a day with their children and be happy..

Give your parents the love they deserve and I guarantee it will also make you emotionally positive inside. These are little things we never stop to consider but it's the little things that count.. Instead of going out to party with friends that don't even come to your rescue when your in need.. take some time out and put it towards someone who deserves it.. before its too late.. like when ashes turn to dust.. and all you have left is regret that you didnt give them the love they deserved when you had the chance.. Be there for them when it counts the most.. Now.

Dress For Success / Communication is Key

Here we are again.. it's been weeks since my last few posts and I begin to notice that as the months go on.. I have been posting less and less. Life has taken a huge turn for me lately and hopefully for the best. I recently moved back home in Mississauga with my brother and mother. For those who don't know, I was living on my own and boy did I learn some valuable lessons. It was great having the freedom and being independent. We all want to move out on our own and do our own thang once we hit a certain age and for me I started very young. One thing I learned though.. it is very costly to live on your own. Over the past year, I lost about 12 grand which I probably could have saved had I lived at home. 12 grand is a lot to me cause I only make about 40k a year and thats before taxes. The 12 grand hit is out of the money I made after taxes so it's at least a third of my annual income. Anyways.. the point is I'm back in Sauga and I'm trying to make a change. I have quit a lot of the bad habits I have picked up over the years and I don't go partying or chill with my friends very often anymore. I have set a lot of goals to be accomplished over the next 2 years and failure is definitely not an option for me. I'm becoming more disciplined and hard working and only continuing now to improve my skills.

This post is going to hopefully provide you with another important lesson in becoming successful and remind myself of what are some important factors I need to maintain and improve as I grow. This may already be known to some of you but I still feel some still do not know this. First is your public image. We live in a world where people tend to judge a book by it's cover and it's unfortunate but it is reality. We all should come to realize that. Take for example a person who is going to apply for a job or even for a job interview. There will be plenty of other candidates and if you were the person hiring, you would have to base it on the first impression. Your appearance says a lot about you. How clean cut you are, how pressed your clothes are and how well put together your clothes are. All these little attention to detail things will may not seem like alot but there really do play their part. You always have to compare yourself to others who are better then you in order to excel. If two people came into my office with the same skill set but one is dressed properly in business attire and one in casual, who would I choose? The answer is clear.

Even if you are doing something as simple as meeting your boyfriend/girlfriend's parents or family. They will judge you first on your appearance as well and treat you the way they feel they should treat you based upon your look. Like I said, even though people shouldn't judge a person by their physical appearance, in reality.. we all do it. If your brother brought home a girl who was dressed scandalous and had a lot of skin showing, what would be your first thought? If your sister brought home a guy all thugged out in baggy clothes and tattoos, what would you think? It's always easy for us to defend ourselves about how we are and look but when it comes to someone else, we become hypocrites.

As you get older, you must always maintain your reputation as well as your image. People will judge you upon that, always. Until you get to a point where you are successful and the best at what you do, you can dress and be however you want because at that point.. your success speaks for itself and it doesn't matter anymore what people think of you because your actions are louder then your words and appearance. Invest in yourself and I guarantee it will help. You must look the part that you want to be. If you want to be taken serious, you will have to present yourself the way you want to be perceived.

Communication. A lot of us grew up to media's influence and causes us to use words that don't even exist and grammar which is totally wrong. Yes, I'm talking about slang and slurs. In life I've learned that the most important tool that everyone has is their mouth. The way you speak. The way you phrase your sentences and the vocabulary you use. The way you talk can get you into places and obtain things you want just by the way you say something. Everything is based on communication. Communication among family, communication in your workplace, between your spouse, between your business partners, etc. Without communication, life would be pointless.

How well you do in an interview is based on how well spoken you are. How well your relationships go is how well you are able to communicate with your other half. How well your team progresses and is how well you are able to communicate ideas and objectives amongst each other. Why do you think people always say reading is good for you. Because not only are you gaining knowledge but you learn words that you can use. Do you think Obama would be where he is today if he wasn't well spoken? Have you ever actually heard Arnold Schwarzenegger talk now? He's the Governor of California.. He is damn good at english even though his accent is hilarious.

Take for example you want to show someone your very thankful for what they've done for you and you would like them to always be able to do things for you. You can either say "Thank you." or you can say "Thank you very much, I really do appreciate what you've done and it means alot to me." Both mean the same thing but which sounds better? Or how bout an interview sentence such as "I really would like this job because I think I would be good for it." Or how about "I strongly feel that this job suits me because if given the opportunity, I will accelerate and perform to the best of my ability and accomplish any task you provide to me." Get the point? Build your grammar and vocabulary and make yourself into a person which people will respect and take seriously.

You can easily make someone smile by saying something.. you can make someone laugh by saying something.. you can make someone cry by saying something.. Your words are so powerful you don't even realize. A simple sentence can change everything. Learn to master your communication skills and you will master a big part of your life. You can obtain so many things you want just by simply saying things. Now I'm not saying to go start talking smack or telling a bunch of lies. But whoever is taking this post seriously will understand what I mean. Communication is key.

These are very simple things we can all learn to improve on but will take us much further down the road of success and give ourselves a more respectful image and career orientated state of mind. You can either keep doing what your doing and be all g'd up or you can take yourself serious and so will others. When people need someone to help represent them in a professional way, they will think of you. When people think of intelligence and need a business oriented person who will make a great addition to their team or company, they will think of you. Your public image and your speech will take you further then you can imagine. Remember...

You'll never know unless you try..

Accomplishment

So I'm in my shower just now and something hit me... I am such a lazy guy. I got this past week and following week off due to renovations at my work. And all I been mostly doing is drinking, drinking, and drinking.. drinking... umm.. did i mention drinking? lol I haven't gotten anything around the house done. Living on my own in my apt.. well lets just say I'm not the tidiest guy out there. And most guys like me out there who are living on their own feel what I'm sayin lol. I also realized this past week I been loafting alot, and I forgot to get a lot of things done which should have been done. I was constantly just loafting and making excuses and postponing things I told myself I'd do and then never end up doing. Sound familiar? I'm sure a lot of us go through that on a daily basis. Maybe not everyone but a good chunk lol.

What's accomplishment mean? Well I google'd it. (LOL yes i'm a loser). Basically says "To finish successfully; To complete. etc etc" So whenever we successfully complete something that we hate to do. Don't we feel great though? That we've completed it and now we can feel a sense of accomplishment. For me I realize that feeling.. that feeling of accomplishment.. It's like the best feeling ever. Especially for big tasks such as completing a project or working out for a set amount of weeks, exams whatever. Many of us constantly make excuses when there are certain things we know we should do however we procrastinate and tell ourselves stupid things to postpone them to a later date in which case when that date arrives.. we only make another excuse to postpone it further.

When you complete something, you get pushed into a positive state and will likely attract other positive events. People who understand the law of attraction will know what I'm sayin. I started to track back my recent weeks to certain weeks where I was in the best mood I've been in awhile and tried to understand how it all started. I realized that I was very pro-active during that time and was determined to get things done asap. It wasn't easy but by writing down things I needed to remember, pushing myself to do small things such as clean and some exercises, contacting a previous manager of mines from when I worked for IBM (whom I haven't spoke to in over a year) for lunch cause I wanted to see if there were more progressive opportunities available at all, and a lot of other small and similar tasks. I got all that done in a short amount of time and kept taking initiative to complete things. It put me in a marvelous mind state and pulled me like a magnet towards so many more fun and interesting experiences. My manager told me that he's likely going to have an office job opening at the end of the month and I'm going to be first on his list. Bonus! He even invited me to come watch UFC at a bar one night cause we both love UFC.

I also was able to enjoy those experiences more because in the back of my mind I knew that things that needed to be done have been completed and I didn't have to worry the next morning after partying. My point is if we all just become a bit more disciplined and initiate ourselves to doing more beneficial things besides drinking, blazing, loafting, etc We can improve ourselves and enjoy the benefits that lie ahead. Now obviously this post isn't for everyone cause there are people out there who are much more proactive then I am. This is more for people who are like me who constantly make excuses. Sometimes I realize all these posts or advice I give out, I don't even listen to it sometimes because I forget or again, postpone tasks that need to be done. It maybe like simple things from cleaning up the house, to working out at the gym, finishing homework, studying, organizing mail and bills, to bigger things such as completing a business project, contacting important people, researching for jobs or learning about a specific field of interest.

If we constantly push ourselves to getting these type of things done, we will be able to constantly move forward and improve ourselves. And not only do we work hard.. once your done.. you can truly play hard with no worries and make the spot a carefree environment as if your on vacation. So push yourself, whether it be at home or school or even work. When you become used to earning and working hard, you will see the benefits it provides. A lot of us want to become the boss at our workplace or like the manager, but we never take the necessary steps to get there. Think about it, if your a manager, wouldn't you want to promote the person who works the hardest, does the most jobs in the shortest amount of time.. The one who never complains or sulks when they're told to do something and the one who is always taking initiative to do things others won't and that aren't even in their job description. As a manager or a boss, you have to be able to do everything and more. That way you can tell people what to do because you know what your doing. So do the damn thang! lol

Karate Kid's Nightmare On Shrek St

So your all probably wondering what is up with the name. This past month has been a roller coaster for me. A lot of good things happened and a lot of thrills. I been in a marvelous mood and really enjoying this month and it's beautiful weather. Also have recently met a few people that I am very interested in getting to know more about. It's been sometime since I've been this happy and I can only hope for more days like this to come. Things are going great and they seem to continue to keep coming as I am very appreciative of these joyful moments in life.

This past week I've watched a total of 3 movies in the theatres. The crazy part is the last two movies I watched were FREE and were private screenings. Thank you to the two different people who hooked me up with the two different movie tickets. Law of attraction has been really pulling my way lol.

The first movie I went to go see was Nightmare On Elm Street. That one I paid for and we orginally wanted to see Iron Man 2 but my friend's friend who was with us, already watched it. (Yu suck!) So we were planning to watch Robin Hood instead. Unfortunately the ticket usher was telling us how it was boring and the only good scenes were the ones in the preview. Therefore we ended up watching Nightmare On Elm Street.

And all I will say is this... IT SUCKED! I was laughing more then anything because of how stupid it was. I'm not going to critique this movie as the statement is clear and this movie doesn't deserve my two cents. lol

Moving on to the next movie which was a private screening and isn't even out yet. Karate Kid starring Jackie Chan and Jayden Smith (Will Smith's Son). When I seen the preview myself, I wasn't very impressed. However I was persuaded into watching it because it was free and it wasn't even out yet. So why not.

Surprisingly enough though, it was very entertaining. I was impressed with Smith's kid's acting and the action in it caught me off guard. It was very comedic and the action was impressive even though it was mostly kids fighting. But I can definitely say that the fighting was choreographed the same as if it were adults fighting so definitely entertaining. I recommend this movie to everyone. It may not be a movie that must be watched in theaters but it definitely deserves an audience. It might be just me because I came into the movie not expecting much but then it definitely got my attention.

Last on the list is the movie I watched this morning. I unfortunately cannot go into much detail because I was given the tickets last night and was told this private screening is taking place at 9:45am this morning. I was able to make it however I fell asleep half way through and missed a good chunk of scenes lol. I did wake up for the ending but meh. The funny thing too was that there were two private screenings and one in 3-D and one regular. Our tickets were for the regular showing however we snuck into the 3-D one lol.

Again I can't comment much as I fell asleep but, from what I remember.. Wasn't that great. However the person I brought to watch it with me... Loved the movie and she was going off about how shes going to buy it and watch it over and over. This is a grown adult but she acts like shes 10 so I can see why she loved it so much lol. Anyways, I'm home now and tired and lazy as ever. Don't think I'm going to do much partying tonight because I been partying all month and have a important birthday party to attend next weekend. As you can see I don't post as often anymore because I'm hardly home. I'll definitely try to come out with some new posts soon so stay tuned and enjoy life friends!

The Game Of Life

If only life were as simple as a video game where you can restart certain parts.
Life.. it's definitely a topic which has millions of theories and phenomenal moments that leave us wondering what's the real point or purpose behind all this? Why are we here and why are we fighting so hard even though we know it will all end one day...

Obviously I wouldn't have the answer to that. But I do hope that when it's all over.. I will know somehow.. Life is good and bad and I can assure that no one in the world lives a perfect life. However when we try our best to enjoy life and do what we can.. it's worth it in the end. Some people sometimes think life is a bitch and that they shouldn't try to fulfill their dreams because it will all be in vain at the end. People like the lifestyles we see on TV, or admire people they know because of their amazing life experiences or wealthy lifestyle. However they never give themselves the chance to believe that they can have that life too.

People tend to blame their childhood, the environment they were raised in, or the way they grew up in general to why they will not be able to accomplish their dreams or achieve any big aspirations. When you think like that, then your definitely going to lose. Majority of people in life all have lived a hard struggling life in some way or another. I can guarantee you that. If you already can understand how your past has treated you, that should motivate you to figure out what you can do about it NOW. What happened in the past, has happened and somethings you cannot avoid. Life isn't about figuring out how to avoid these failures, but to figure out what to do after your mistake. The ones who succeed are the ones who continue to push forward and try again until they get it right. The ones who fail are the ones who give up.

In a way, life is like a video game because most things you want in life.. you will get more chances to try again and keep trying until you have obtained that of what it is you desire. No one can ever beat the game perfectly on the first try. (Obviously unless if your really a hardcore gamer who uses most of his life playing games lol) Life is simple.. you make choices and you don't look back. You already made the choice to begin with.. so keep going. Most times, it will be too late to turn back so you must follow through to the end. In your life there will be a lot of instances where you will do something and give it your all and unfortunately fail. You will forget those failures overtime though. However if you decided to do something and you don't give it all your effort and time, you will regret it for life. It will haunt you forever because you will look back at that lost opportunity and know inside that you could've did better and have a better chance of success.

Life is beautiful. Stop and take a look around you.. There are thousands of places to see, millions of things to experience and hundreds of interesting people to meet. If you don't work hard, you won't ever experience it. I notice there hasn't been one single day in my life which has been exactly the same. Every single day happens completely different. Now it may not be spectacular every single day but it's definitely something different all the time. That is what life is about. Everyday is new and everyday you will see something, experience something or learn something you never have done before. That is also why life has bad times and good times. Because everyday must be different. And in order for everyday to be different, there can only be so many positive outcomes before it runs out and you land on a bad one. But you must learn to take the good with the bad. Know that after the storm, the sun will shine. Always.

Those rich lifestyles with all those beautiful houses, luxurious cars, expensive clothes and exotic foods.. you can have it... Those stunning waterfalls, nature's wildlife, and unforgettable cities in the world.. you can see it.. There are tons of things that you can experience in life and so much knowledge to learn.. it all starts within you. How far are you willing to go.. to truly live life once in a lifetime?

Hope is what we will fight for... when all else is lost.

Everytime I Close My Eyes..

I am really feeling this song right now. At first I wasn't a big fan because it's not my kind of music I like to jam too. But I love the lyrics.. this is exactly how I feel about my life. I just want to be successful and achieve everything that I can. Because..

everytime I close my eyes.. I see my name in shining lights...
a different a city every night.. i swear..
The world better prepare.. for when I'm a billionaire!

Quest Cr3w

So I know this picture has nothing to do with Quest Cr3w but I thought it was an impressive shot. Just wanted to let you guys see it and enjoy it too.

So if you don't know by now, I'm a ABDC fan. Some of yu may not know what that is and if yu don't, too bad lol. No homo but I am a also a Quest Cr3w fan. (Not a real fan like having posters, pictures, stalker items, etc.) I just really enjoy their performances. They always put on a good show and they are always in sync. I find them to be very talented and they are definitely my most favorite crew of every season. I was able to find 2 videos which are a compilation of their performances. I know I haven't been really blogging as often so I wanted to give you guys some entertainment. I just been really lazy and caught up with a whole bunch of stuff lately. But the better days seem to have arrived again.

Enjoy

Hmm, Who Should I Take?

Today was my day off and I had a lot of errands on my plate. Woke up at about 1130am (so early!) and had to start writing down the list of things to be done for the day. Once I finished my errands though, the day went completely unexpected. I asked my friend to come assist me for a few of my last errands because I didn't want to have to deal with paying for parking when I only need to run in and out of a particular location. (I'm cheap I know lol) She also recently got her license so she wanted to drive, so I let her drive my car. It went surprisingly fast as I hoped.

So after we tried to figure out what to do on a beautiful day. None of us had anything planned for that moment so I told her to just drive because we were pulled over on the road. As we were driving, she asked me.. "So where do yu take girls? ... aside from Mike's house?" LOL Whatever that's suppose to mean. I said "do yu really want to know?"

"Yes.. and I saiddd.. aside from Mike's House? Hahaha" That's when I said okay. I started to give her directions to my exclusive spot. I call it exclusive because this spot holds a phenomenal view and very few people know of this place. I was feeling like going there because I haven't been there in quite sometime and with all the bs I been putting up with at work.. I really could use clearing my head. I love being by the water and having a nice view on a beautiful day.

Once we arrived, I showed her around and told her she cannot tell anyone this spot because it's exclusive and only I can come here with guests lmao. So if your lucky I might take you here one day. She was just lucky to be there because of coincidence. So everything was beautiful as I usually see it. The picture above is the view from one end (at night its even more beautiful because of all the lights.) and directly behind it is all lake. As you can see, this is Toronto. The great part is this spot is completely open to the public but you would never really know how to find it unless by chance. Which I did one day with a friend quite sometime ago when we wanted to take a stroll at night somewhere and randomly came across this spot while exploring.

The climax of the story comes now though. At this secret location (which if I told yu, Id have to kill yu lol) there is a small island directly in front of it. On this island there are airplanes, helicopters and obviously a few boats here and there. This spot allows yu to see airplanes and helicopters take off in front of you and also boats that zoom by. It has everything you pretty much would want in a special city scenery. I never got a chance to go over to that island though... until today.

We decided to walk down further then I usually go, and came across the ferry which takes you across. We then spontaneously went on the ferry and across to the island to see what was on the other side. There were so many business people on that ferry coming back and forth so it was very upscale. I was so surprised and amazed. All I was doing in my head was thinking about my song "I'm on a boat!" lmao

Once we got onto the other side, we went exploring around and probably places that we shouldn't have gone lol. The terminal there was very clean and modernized. We then decided to go outside and to the coast facing the original coast on the other side that I usually go. And once we got there, the view was even more amazing. We seen a helicopter take off and the buildings weren't covering the CN Tower or big buildings and we could see everything.

We sat down on the edge for a bit to chill out by the water. It was really soothing to be there and clear my head and relax a bit. I love being by lakes, oceans, waterfalls, etc. The view just takes me into a different world and brings peace and tranquility into my mind. We started to see the ferry make its way back so we decided it was time to head back. As we were walking back we noticed these two ducks just chilling under the bumper of a car in the parking lot. And look which car it chose to chill under out of all the cars in the parking lot. LMAO
We both had to take a picture of that. As we got back on the ferry. We were chilling on the outside deck to see the view and started taking pictures. We got to see a police boat zoom by which gave me the perfect shot to take. I was so amazed by the views that I saw today and even that fact that this would have never crossed my mind to come here but now I know it's here and what this place offers. Very upscale business people use this to go places. I don't want to give away too many details because I still want it to be exclusive lol. But like I said earlier, if your lucky, maybe I'll take yu. ;)

P.S. I know a lot of you are going to say.. that's center island! But I can assure you that it is not lmao. May look like it, but it's closer then you think.

Ultra Backdrop Pics

This is mad late but finally got a hold of them.

From training wheels to training bras.. (Copy)

*I stole this whole post from my brother's blog because he took the words right out of my mouth. I wanted to keep a copy of this post for me to remember always. This was what he wrote.

My lil sister turned 17 last week and had a big-little party at the house with a bunch of friends.

It was such a weird thing to me, to see my sister in make up, all dressed up, socializing with friends. Cant lie, I got a lil nervous when she said she was gonna have boy-friends come over. lol

I couldnt even look at my sister after she put her make up on. Everytime she spoke to me, I turned away. She thought that that I thought she was ugly or something. It wasnt that, its just that I wasnt ready to accept her as a woman yet. In my mind, she’s still that little baby who used to waddle in her diapers and used to show me everything that she just found so that I could say it was cool so she could smile and be proud of herself. lol. Sounds stupid of me, but thats really how I see my sister.

Im 8 years older than her and used to throw out her baby poo diapers, my brother and I used to put her to sleep and watch Barney with her. We walked her to school and taught her how to play video games, we sang Britney Spears songs together on our old school Sony HandyCam. We took her for bike rides and ate junk food with her while talking about which Sailor Scout was our favorite. I remember when she was 3 or 4…I remember saying that I wish we could both stay in this time forever, young and innocent, naive and pure.

As we got older things started to change. My mom and her father divorced, my brother moved out, I moved out…and she moved in with her dad. When it rains, it pours around here.

Its amazing how much more complicated things get as we get older and how much our lives change because of the decisions of those around us. Im not mad at it, because these things are supposed to happen to make us who we are, Im just saying. Its always simple in the beginning. Always.

As the three of us got older, my brother started becoming the good cop while I became the bad cop. My brother became the one she could always turn to for advice and acceptance, while I became the discipline and the hard ass. But I think all in all, it worked out for the best. Balance is always good.

Its so crazy that my sister celebrated her 17th birthday. Next thing you know she’ll be introducing me to boyfriends, coming home late, clubbing and what not, off to university…before I know it, she’ll probably be engaged, move out, get married, have kids…lol…*sigh…where does the time go?

It was funny, my brother Mike came into the living room where my sister and all her friends were and he was like ‘Yo, my brother and I are nice enough to let y’all party with my sister on her birthday, but for real, if any of you guys start acting up, my brother and I have no problems kicking someone’s ass. Im serious.”

lmao.

While Mike says that, Im sitting in the kitchen with Julie laughing so loudly that it was almost a bit scary. lol

Man, my sister had it good. When I turned 17…I dont even remember what happened when I turned 17…wow…how depressing?

My parents stayed in their room the whole night so it was my brother, mine’s and Julie’s responsibility to make sure none of these kids went insane. I remember sitting in the kitchen hearing everyone singing and dancing in the living room with the lights off. I can imagine everyone by my sister’s locker on Monday morning telling her how much fun they had. lol.

I had to go to work that night, so my brother and Julie stayed, but then my brother had to leave, so it was only Julie looking after my sister and her friends. So shout outs to her for doing all that.

And shout outs to whoever told my sister “OMG! You’re brothers look so scary! They look like they’re from Tokyo Drift!” lmfaoooo!!!

And to my sister, Im so proud of the woman you’re becoming and the decisions you’ve made thus far. My hat goes off to you for being all that you are despite the obstacles that you’ve had to overcome. It breaks my heart to see you grow up so fast, but no matter how old you get, you’ll always be my baby sister.

Ill love you always

BBM Club

Now your all probably sitting there like, please tell me this idiot didn't really join a blackberry club. Fortunately for my sake, no I haven't lol. I just used BBM Club as a title for my post in a brief term. It's crazy when you sit back and think about how cell phones even started out and how far along we've come. I use to remember when in movies and music videos, having that big ass brick with Xtra Large key pads with no screen.. use to be cool as hell. lmao. Now we have pocket tv's basically in our pockets.. and even has things like touch-screens, online video streaming, etc. (Don't want to go too much into how many ridiculous things a cell phone can do these days and sound like a nerd.) But yu get the point.

When I first got my cell phone I was like jumping for joy like I hit the lottery or something. I know, I'm a loser. lol But then every year came out with more new this, more new that.. Then text messaging came out and it was like the biggest craze since sliced bread. Now we have blackberry messenger and even being able to sign onto Windows Live Messenger on your bb. The whole point of this post was to finally come to the whole reason you even read this far about cell phones and blackberry's.

I visited my dad and his girlfriend (old fob parents who think they're still young lol) recently and while we were eating, they told me how they must be getting old. I obviously asked why do you feel that way? (In a sarcastic way, lol yeah shouldnt have been sarcastic though) She said, well when I went to a club recently (oh god I'd be embarressed as hell if I bumped into my dad at a club.. lol) All I see girls doing in there is holding a drink and purse in one hand and both hands are holding theyre blackberries and just pressing buttons all night on the cell phone *beep beep beep all night! What are they doing?

LMAO Imagine hearing that in vietnamese and them genuinely not knowing why girls do that. I died laughing! BECAUSE ITS SO TRUE. LMAO Most of the time I notice people in the clubs are always just bb-ing away all night like they came to the club to bbm. I can't hate, lol cause I know I use to bb away when I had my blackberry. But to hear it come from them and saying that's why they feel old... hahahaha I'm sorry, maybe I'm just an idiot but I found that to be funny because of the circumstances lol. and maybe it probably would have been more funny had you all been there but that would have likely never happened. So I guess I am an idiot lol.

Pound for Pound

When I saw this video, I was amazed. This is exactly what I am going to do with my son. I am still enrolled in a boxing gym however I been unable to box due to my braces, and realistically speaking, I been lazy as hell therefore I haven't been hitting the gym lol. This kid is amazing though.. I can only imagine how fast and skilled he'll be when he turns 18. I am definitely teaching my kid this at a young age so if your my baby mama, warning you now lol. I ain't teaching him because I want him to be a boxer (unless he wants to), but I just want my son to be tough because the world is cut throat and I want him to be able to defend himself and not get picked on or anything along those lines. As for my daughter, I am definitely going to put her into a hip hop dancing school. But I'll let my girl deal with that lol.

Don't Take Me To Jail

I been feeling this song lately. No comment as to why lol. Anyways, so today I finally got a hold of the pictures at Light (Nightclub). These are from middle of March so it's kind of late but I didn't get a hold of them until today. Again most pictures are just of people I know or pictures I selected that I liked from the dozens of pictures. The videos I'll post up another time. This was for Criselle's Birthday, and it seemed everyone had a good time. I was smashed, and I don't even remember much except puking and having to work the very next morning lol.

Caught red-handed lol
